Join us for an evening tour to experience the dark winter night, surrounded by a snow-covered forest. Embraced by the darkness, we engage all our senses, becoming one with nature. We’ll gaze at the star-filled sky and, if we are lucky, we might see the dancing northern lights!
We move through the woods at a slow pace. This evening tour is not about covering long distances but about feeling close to nature. During the evening, we will stop for a break, have an evening snack, warm ourselves with a hot beverage, and listen to some stories about the northern lights.

Details & Information
On this tour, we will use skis often referred to as ‘gliding snowshoes’ or ‘ski-shoes’ due to their shorter and wider design compared to traditional skis. This shape provides excellent stability making them perfect also for beginners. Combining the best features of skis and snowshoes, these off-track skis allows you to glide easily among the trees. An integrated climbing skin ensures good grip on uphill slopes.
The tour is set at a beautiful outdoor recreational area clowe to the city center. Venturing into the dark, untouched areas, far from artificial lights, crowds and groomed trails, we can fully enjoy the nature experience. With some luck, we will also witness a sky filled with stars and the amazing natural phenomenon aurora borealis – the Norhtern Lights.

Good to know
- Fully guided tour
- Small group with maximum 8 participants
- Warm drink and light evening snack included
- No need of previous skiing experience, the tour will be adjusted accordingly
- Forest skis and ski poles included. The skis bindings work with normal winter boots. Boots are available for rent, please contact us for more information
- You can use your own winter clothes. Bring an extra layer to put on during the break
- We recommend you to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. The meeting point will be told later on.
