Evening Tour and Northern lights Hunting on Skis
Experince the magic of the dark winter evening
Join us for an evening tour to experience the dark winter night, surrounded by snow-covered forest. Immersed in darkness, we engage all our senses, becoming one with nature. We’ll gaze at the star-filled sky and, if we are lucky, we might see the dancing northern lights!
We move through the woods at a slow pace. This evening tour is not about covering long distances but about feeling close to nature. During the evening, we will stop for a break, have an evening snack, warm ourselves with a hot beverage, and listen to some stories about the northern lights.
Distance is depending on the group.

Details & Information
On this tour we will be using skis that are often referred to as ‘gliding snowshoes’, or ‘ski-shoes’, because they are shorter and wider than traditional skis. This design makes them very stable, allows you to glide through soft snow among the trees, and is ideal for beginners as well. Additionally, they have an integrated climbing skin to ensure good grip on uphill slopes.
The tour is set at Vitberget, a beautiful outdoor recreational area near the city center. Leaving the crowds and groomed tracks behind, we can fully enjoy the nature experience.

Experience the darkness and search the sky for stars. If we are lucky Aurora will come and dance for us!
Skiing equipment
Skis and ski poles are included. The ski bindings work with your own winter boots.
Light evening snack
Refreshments in the middle of the forest.
